Teen movie review: ‘Paper Heart’ (Knoxville News Sentinel)

The anti-romance seems to be growing in popularity in media, as represented earlier this year in “500 Days of Summer” and now in “Paper Heart.” Perhaps that is because there is an audience full of us who do not believe in romantic love as traditionally portrayed in film. However awkward and realistic “Paper Heart” may seem, it does not live up to the expectations set for such an odd subject.
